1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
The return request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the product
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of health and wellness products, the following items are not eligible for return:
Opened or used products
Products without original packaging
Items returned after the specified return period
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us via email or phone within 48 hours of delivery
Provide order details and clear images of the product (if damaged/defective)
Our team will review and confirm the return request
Once approved, instructions for return pickup or shipping will be shared
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be processed via bank transfer
5. Replacement Policy
We offer replacement for damaged, defective, or incorrect products
Replacement will be processed subject to product availability
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted
7. Shipping Charges
Return shipping charges will be borne by UrjaX Global only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products
For other cases, shipping charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund
